Abstract

The article talks about a new type of soil called glass fiber cement soil, which is stronger due to the presence of glass fiber. This soil can be used in different construction projects like subgrade replacement, strengthening, slope protection, and foundation cushioning. However, more research is needed to understand how the soil behaves under different conditions. The study conducted laboratory tests on glass fiber cement soil with different ages and amounts of glass fiber, while applying different pressures. The results showed that the pressure and amount of glass fiber affected how the soil responded to stress and strain. This research helps us better understand and use glass fiber cement soil in construction projects.
